4、 Control of melting time
In order to better reduce the occurrence of air oxidation and breathing of aluminum alloy profile aqueous solution, we need to reduce the residence time of aluminum aqueous solution in the furnace as much as possible and melt it quickly. In order to better speed up the whole smelting process, we should first add recycled charge with medium degree of fragmentation and low melting point, which is conducive to the generation of a melting pool at the bottom of the crucible, and then add waste aluminum, which can slowly expand the melting pool and accelerate the implementation of melting; After a key part of the charge is melted, aluminum alloy elements with high melting point and a small total can be added, so as to increase the temperature and mix to speed up its melting, and then reduce the temperature and press the aluminum alloy elements that are very easy to be oxidized by air.
