Common problems and solutions of industrial aluminum profiles

1. When kneading industrial aluminum profile, the temperature is too low and the kneading speed is very slow. The temperature of aluminum profile at the inlet and outlet of kneading machine can not reach the solid solution temperature, so it can not enhance the actual effect of solid solution;

Solution: effectively control the kneading temperature and kneading rate to maintain the inlet and outlet temperature of aluminum profile in the kneading machine above the less solid solution temperature;

2. There are few centrifugal fans at the inlet and outlet of industrial aluminum profile, and the exhaust air volume is insufficient, resulting in slow cooling speed. It can not reduce the industrial aluminum profile to below 200 ℃ in less time, so that the thick magnesium silicide precipitates too early, so as to reduce the solid solution phase and endanger the physical properties of aluminum profile after heat treatment process;

Solution: strengthen the air cooling standard, and standard processing plants can make atomization refrigeration equipment, so as to achieve less provisions on the refrigeration gradient direction of 6063 aluminum alloy;

3. The ingot composition is not qualified, and the magnesium and silicon composition in the ingot can not meet the specifications;

Solution: improve ingot quality control;

4. The ingot is not symmetrical, so that the precipitated magnesium silicide phase in ingot distribution cannot be dissolved again in a short time, resulting in insufficient solid solution and endangering the commodity characteristics;

Solution: balance the ingot;

5. Inadequate timeliness or over timeliness is caused by improper processing technology, blocked heating circulation system or wrong position of thermal resistance equipment.

Solution: effectively determine the timeliness processing technology, properly install the thermal resistance of the equipment, and properly place the industrial aluminum profile for processing, so as to ensure the smooth operation of the warm air circulation system.
